refund policy

At SLOW LEARNER LTD, we value your satisfaction with every purchase.

You are eligible to make a return for full refund for any reason within 28 days of receipt, provided the item/s are in their original packaging, unused, and in re-sellable condition.

The item/s must arrive with us before we can submit a refund. 

Please be aware that return shipping is not covered by SLOW LEARNER LTD and is your responsibility. For your protection, we recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insures the contents for their full value, as we cannot be held liable for returned items while they are in transit.

You are eligible to exchange sizes within this period. Item/s must arrive with us before we can exchange them for a new size. If your preferred size is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.

All returned items item/s must be unused; in re-sellable condition; be in their original inner packaging, i.e. garment bag; and be sent in an outer mailer bag or box. You are responsible for the cost of shipping any item/s of new size.  

In the case of item/s that are returned in a condition below that required for exchange or refund, we will not submit an exchange or refund and will offer to ship the item back to you. You are responsible for the cost of shipping under these conditions. 

Please be aware that we reserve the right to not apply the return and refund policy to discounted items, with the universal exceptions of a) items bought using a discount code given for consenting to marketing messages and b) faulty, incorrect or damaged items (see faulty, incorrect or damaged items policy below).

If you are otherwise dissatisfied or wish to make an exchange with an item bought on discount, we still encourage you to contact us at info@slowlearner.ltd. We will do our utmost to ensure you are pleased with your outcome but cannot guarantee a return or refund. 

UK and US returns

Upon receipt of your returned package, our goal is to process refunds swiftly. We typically process returns and submit refunds within 7 working days; however, please allow extra time during peak periods.

International returns

For international returns, that is outside of the UK and US, please send an email to info@slowlearner.ltd to obtain instructions tailored to your specific return needs.

Faulty, incorrect, or damaged items

Please use the 28 day return period to report items that you believe the item you received was faulty, incorrect or damaged. To do so, please reach out to our customer support team at info@slowlearner.ltd for prompt assistance.

We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged by the customer. 

After the 28 day return period, we reserve the right to not accept returns for items that you believe are faulty, incorrect, or damaged. 

If you receive an item that is faulty, incorrect or damaged, we entitle you to a free exchange for the equivalent item. SLOW LEARNER LTD will cover both the cost of receiving the original item and sending the exchanged item. 

Refunds for faulty, incorrect or damaged items are covered under the terms of our general return and refund policy. We do not cover the cost of return shipping for refunds.
