When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an item that is currently being made by SLOW LEARNER LTD in Portugal but that is out of stock in our UK and/or US facilities. Under the terms of this cancellation policy, you can cancel your order at any time and for any reason for a full refund, if it has not yet been fulfilled.

If your order has been fulfilled and you wish to return it for a refund or exchange, our regular return and refund policy applies. Under the terms of said policy, you are eligible to make a return for full refund for any reason within 28 days of receipt, provided the item/s are in their original packaging, unused, and in re-sellable condition.
