reservation and cancellation policy

All orders including reservations can be cancelled for a full refund to original payment method up to the point of shipment. To cancel your order, email us at info@slowlearner.ltd to inform us. We will process the cancellation as soon as possible. 

After the point of shipment, the return and refund policy applies, under the terms of which you are eligible to make a return for an exchange or a full refund for any reason within 28 days of receipt, provided the item/s are in their original packaging, unused, and in re-sellable condition.
